On Wednesday July 5th, 2-3pm CEST, the ‘PBAF Standard v2023 – Assessment of Dependencies on Ecosystem services’ will be launched. Alongside the launch there will be a one hour webinar which will explain the first part of the Standard.
As the title suggests, this a new part of the Partnership for Biodiversity Accounting Financials (PBAF) Standard and is focused on the assessment of dependencies. This new part provides guidance on the steps in a dependency assessment and includes PBAF requirements and recommendations for financial institutions and data providers.
Later this year an update of the other parts of the PBAF Standard will follow.
